When I was working for Tribune doing national movie showtimes, we had a movie theatre out in Arkansas that did this. And believe me, they got livid PISSED off if we didn't use their precise times. So literally, it would be Monsters Vs. Aliens at 7:11 and 9:24 - and by god they wouldn't pay for the ad if we changed it to 7:10 and 9:25. Never did figure out why they did it, but only that they were VERY touchy about it. :P
Well that's Arkansas, they're all screwed up from the incest ;)
